PaviFlex is a Spanish manufacturer of premium rubber and EVA gym flooring, founded in 1983 and headquartered in Spain. Over four decades, PaviFlex has installed flooring in more than 30 countries — supplying flagship gyms, hotels, cruise ships, and boutique studios across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas.

PaviFlex USA is operated by Fitness Direct, Inc. — the exclusive US distributor of the PaviFlex product line. We bring the full PaviFlex range to American home gym owners, boutique studios, hotels, and commercial facilities — with US-based sales, support, and a physical showroom in San Diego.

Every PaviFlex tile is manufactured at our facility in Spain. Virgin rubber compound, engineered layers, and quality-controlled at every stage. We don't outsource, we don't private-label, and we don't ship you someone else's product. From compound to cut, it's all PaviFlex.

PaviFlex flooring is engineered to last 10–20 years under daily use. The most sustainable product is the one you never have to replace. We build for permanence, not planned obsolescence.
Nothing goes to waste.
Our Fitness Pro Eco line is produced from manufacturing offcuts, engineered back into a more economical product. Material that would otherwise be discarded becomes a full-performance floor.
Safe for indoor spaces.
Every compound is PAH-tested, formamide-free, and certified for indoor use. We don't release flooring until it meets the standards we'd put in our own facility.
